The cartoon aims at informing us of the significance of diligence.Definitely, no once can deny the importance of it. Diligenceenables us to achieve our objectives more smoothly and realizeour dreams more rapidly. The more diligent we are, the morelikely we are to accumulate experience, master skills, discoverand kill off our shortcomings and create more opportunities. Tofurther illustrate the importance of being diligent, I would like totake Michael Jordan as a case in point: how could he, one of the greatest basketball playersthroughout the history of mankind who was once deemed unsuitable for playing this game,achieve unprecedented success in NBA?

Accordingly, at no time should we underestimate the power of diligence. Furthermore, whencoming with setbacks and bottlenecks, instead of giving up easily, what we must do is to stick toour goals and faith, tell ourselves that all efforts and diligence will be paid off. “Good luck appearsonly when you are diligent enough.” Barack Obama also once said.
